If you’ve searched the provided documentation and couldn’t find how to do it, then ask your question here. Support guys may be busy answering a more complex questions, but the community may be able to spare some time in helping Poynt Support by answering these questions. As a start, let me ask our community the following:
On an SDK unit, how to:

  1. Delete Test merchants entries
  2. Delete Poynt terminals entries
  3. Delete Products entries

Hi Gus,

I apologize we were not able to get to you sooner. At this point we don’t have an option to delete test a merchant, terminal entry or product. But we will consider adding this in the near future.
