Where can my merchant find their reports?

Merchants can access their reports by following the steps below:

  1. They must sign into Poynt HQ via the web
  2. Go to the “Sales & Reports” tab
  3. Click “Reports”

Merchants will be able to generate a Transaction report and view Settlement reports.
