One of the first questions asked if you reach out to Support is for your MID and TID. A MID (Merchant ID) is a unique ID associated with your business. A TID (Terminal ID) is unique ID tied to each of your terminals.
Where do I find the MID and TID?
Both IDs can be found on the Poynt HQ site: https://poynt.net/business. The MID is located on the left hand side, underneath the store details. The TID can be found right next to it, under the terminals associated with the business.
