Weekly Web Release - 4/18/19

New Reseller Features

  1. Search & Take Action on Multiple Terminals At A Time: In the Reseller Portal, Resellers can now enter multiple serial numbers in the search field (comma separated) in the “Terminals” tab.

Once the search is complete, Resellers can click on the “Actions” tab in the upper right corner and take action on that explicit list of terminals (e.g. Print List).

Additionally, if a Reseller has Job or Group functionality, a Reseller can perform an action (e.g. Create Job > Force data sync) on an explicit list of terminals.

Bug Fixes

  1. Poynt HQ: Under the “Customers” Tab, if a merchant clicks on the icon next to a customer’s name, they will see a pop up with that specific customer’s history (i.e. total visits, total amount spent, etc). Now if they click on the “Transactions Tab” in that pop up, they will see all transactions for that specific customer (including transactions older than 6 months).

  2. Poynt 5: In the Settlements App on Poynt 5 terminals, the screens appear right shifted. Previously the Settlements App was not checking the form factor; now the app checks the form factor and auto-adjusts the display. EUUAT-735

  3. Chase On boarding: When Resellers on board Chase merchants, they will no longer be prompted to on board them as Chase through the Credit Call Gateway. We will default the on boarding of these merchants through our direct integration with Chase. OPS-5464

  4. Poynt HQ: When a merchant attempted to process a partial refund on the web portal, they were encountering an error. OPS-5473

  5. Poynt HQ: Lodging merchants whom attempted to search using room numbers or folio numbers in the “Stays” search field (i.e. their Transactions list), the search result would say “No Stays Found”. EUAT-1998

  6. Converge On boarding: When Converge merchants are on boarded auto forward tip will now be enabled by default. EUAT-2096

  7. Poynt HQ: In the Subscriptions tab on the merchant web portal, if a merchant subscribed to an app and attempted to install the app they subscribed to on their device, they would encounter an error. DEV-1738
