Feature Enhancements

  1. Merchant: Add Poynt Customer Support phone number within Help App to make it easier for merchants to reach out to us.
  2. Reseller: Reseller Portal > Terminal Timeline > Show the following information (Build information Emv configs, Tamper status, Last decline).
  3. Reseller: Reseller Portal > Terminal Timeline > Show the following information (API Errors, Kernal Panics, Build/OTA, App Installs, Dow
  4. Reseller: Add Preinstall Apps field on Edit Business view for Distributor accounts.
  5. Reseller/Internal: (Rolled out in both Mission Control & Reseller Portal).
  6. Merchant: Resolve settlement issues:
  • If TID is deactivated, it reactivates a place holder TID and settles the batch
  • If merchant churned, it marks it as un-settable
  • If somehow a transaction was missed by sweep (eg a refund by itself), it will settle it.
  1. Merchant: Number of items sold on reports is a string not a numeric value.
  2. Merchant: Fix Polish translations based on customer feedback.
