What warrants a void of the warranty?
If a device shows signs of abuse (essentially wear and tear that deviates from typical usage) or altered by the customer, the warranty is voided.
Events that may void a warranty include water damage, negligence, severe drops, etc.
What happens if the warranty is voided?
Repair charges for a unit that is not covered by a warranty will be assessed to the merchant or owner of the unit.
How is a warranty repair handled?
Please reach out to your Reseller Organization if you feel that your terminal requires repair. They will assist you in further troubleshooting your device, and if they deem it necessary, will initiate a swap of your device.
