Reset Poynt terminal

First, I would like to reset terminal and reactivate it with another store.
Second, how can I manage store and terminal?I can’t remove test store or terminal.

Please send me your terminal serial number in a private message and I will unlink it from your test store. At the moment we have to do it manually. Then you will need to reset the device and take it from the activation flow with another store.

Dennis, I have the same problem that alaeddine_oueslati. Can I send you my terminal serial number and you unlink this terminal? So I link with my new test store.

It still comes back associated with the old customer.

what about if you dont have a UP and DOWN volume button
this is a new version ff the POYNT not the old ones
