I have a problem with the Plans.
When I call the billing fragment within the application I can not get the list of plans. Perhaps because the plan was not approved?
My app is Smart Payment Card (com.domecsolutions.lpace.domecdo).

@lpace that’s correct. This is production app and it’s already in app marketplace. To test billing integration please submit a dev variant and billing plans.
