Poynt Terminal app stuck on "Activating" screen

Hello, I have successfully installed Poynt OS on an Amazon Fire. I ran the Setup Wizard and scanned the credentials for my test merchant from Poynt.net/terminals, but the device is stuck on “Activating” and won’t move forward.

I have a network connection.

Any suggestions on what I might to do to convince it to connect and move forward in the Setup Wizard?

When you look at your list of test terminals on poynt.net/terminals is it showing as activated, or that it still needs to be activated (lightning bolt symbol)?
