- Our point device is unable to read cards.
- How can we reset our Poynt terminal?
- How to disable developer mode?
I also want to remove my terminal with my test merchant as i have deleted my terminal from web interface, so i want to reactivate my terminal
Hi,
I have unlinked your device from the test merchant. You can now reset it (the easiest way is to get into fastboot mode and execute “fastboot format userdata” command. After that you can go thought the activation flow with another test merchant.
Developer mode cannot be disabled.
If after resetting and reactivating the device you are still having issue reading cards, please capture the error in the logcat (adb logcat) and post it here.
I have enabled CHIP on your terminal and it has been unlinked from the current merchant.
