Plan upgrades & downgrades

Hi,
our App provides a service tiered on the number of customers that a merchant can manage with the solution.

I can read here (chapter “Upgrades & downgrades”) that “Poynt Billing Fragment does not provide support for upgrade/downgrade” and the managing should be done manually through the support.
The upgrades & downgrades will be supported in the near future.

Someone knows when the support will be available?
Does anyone has the same problem?

The following Billing operations can be performed through In-App Billing:

  • Get Plans
  • Get Subscriptions
  • Launch Billing Fragment
  • Replace existing Subscription with a New one (in Beta-testing)
  • Restore a Canceled Subscription (in Beta-testing)

Beta-testing means that we can use it in the production App or do you suggest to wait?

At this point, we are still testing the feature. We shall communicate further when the feature is ready for developers.
