You need the option for either more than one page of categories or preferably, the ability to nest a category inside a category
Using the variationsame can be handy when you have multiple of similar items. It can be a pain to set up but the example csv file can be deciphered with a little work.
I agree though a category within a category would be helpful, and also the ability to have set up variations that could be assigned to multiple items.
