The following enhancements were released to Poynt merchants in October. Let’s dive in.
1. On-Demand Invoicing | On your Merchant HQ, you may send an invoice to your customers to collect payment for an order they make - typically over the phone.
Once an invoice is created, the customer will receive an email from the Merchant with a payment link of the payment that is due. They’ll get redirected to use a custom, secure landing page to complete that payment online. Learn More
Note: This feature is not yet available for Elavon merchants.
2. Settlements App Revamp | We revamped our Settlements app to give better guidance on the status of a current batch. We improved our logic to clearly identify potential issues in a batch. We now highlight troublesome transactions and provide clearer calls-to-action to rectify those issues.
3. Help App Revamp | We’ve improved the look and feel of the Help App to make finding helpful articles, submitting a support request, and navigating to diagnostics seamless.
