What is the difference between None and Complete for a transaction status?
Answer:
Lodging merchants will see “NONE” for the transaction status when the Stay (check-in is created), but the sync between the Trx and Stay has not happened yet.
When the device is connected to WIFI and the row from lodging list where the status is None is clicked, the sync will happen right away and the status will get updated to “Completed”.
This status appears will happenthe when transaction is done offline.
