I can not activate the terminal on new portal eu.poynt.net, I get the error: “The business was not set up”.

In my case the problem could be that the device was associated to another PV and doing the “Remote wipe” you can only reset the device’s data but you can not remove the device from the PV!
I think that Poynt should delete the device (P6SW183JS001519) from the USA Mission Control to be able to activate it in the EU one. Waiting for further information.

Can you please share the device serial number
I have the same problem, and I can’t realize how to solve this situation.
I’m still in contact with the Nexi support, but I don’t have a solution yet sob:.
This morning I notice a detail: in the terminal section, the terminal that I created don’t have the serial number set.
I try to insert it, thinking that could be a cause of no activation, but the interface respond that the SN is not correctly formatted.
What is the correct format to insert the serial number ?
