How to run diagnostics on the terminal:
1- Go to the ‘Help App’
2- On the bottom Right corner, Tap on ‘Diagnostics’ icon.
3-Tap on ‘►Run all Diagnostics’
4-Wait for the results (if any Red X is displayed must be a problem on the terminal)
