When your terminal is crashing and is not working as is supoused to be working and the technical support team cannot realize a remote wipe on your terminal, We required to do a Local wipe to make the terminal running well again (Remember the open batch needs to be closed)
1- With the terminal off, press the Volume Up button along with the power button for around 3 to 5 seconds.
2- Once you get to the black menu screen use the volume keys to navigate and the power button to select.
3- Highlight the recovery kernel option and press the power button.
4-Highlight the reset all settings option and press the power button.
5-Highlight the yes – delete all user data option and press the power button
6- Wait for the process to be completed and highlight reboot system now option.
7- Complete the activation screens and log in on the terminal user
