Hello. Playing videos on the second screen is not a function that we’ve extended to the SDK at this time. Can you please share your use case?

Actually I want to play video in PoyntSecondScreen when the screen is in ideal mode and there is nothing to display on it.

So how do I manage integrating video on Poynt Second Screen.

Got it. At this time, only static images can be shown on the second screen while the Poynt is idle. However, I’ve added a vote on your behalf on the feature request list.

The static second screen images can only be updated via HQ, either via the Web or the mobile HQ apps. In the merchant view on HQ (poynt.net), navigate to Business > Manage Store > Device Screens. For test merchants, login to your developer account, then click on your test merchant name under the Merchants list.
