To update or change a terminal user’s passcode, visit your Poynt HQ web portal.
Step 1: Select the Business Tab. Then, select Terminal Users on the left-hand menu.
Step 2: When you’re viewing your team’s terminal users, you can select the edit icon on the far right for access to their information.
Step 3: Enter a new passcode under “Reset Passcode” and make sure to confirm with a matching passcode.
Step 4: Select Save User.
