We have submitted our app to Poynt but have not received a response how long does it take to receive a response? It’s been 5 days.
Our goal is to review new submissions within 7 days. If you don’t get a response by then you can follow up with devsupport@poynt.com
It’s more that 7 days after submitting new version for review and almost 1 month from first version submitted for review. Its taking too long to approve our two apps. Please help us to move the process along.
