Merchants are able to change the email and phone number associated with the business and store through Poynt HQ (https://poynt.net/business).
In the pop up box, you can update the phone number and email associated with the business. You can also change other settings such as receiving email reports and enabling notifications from Poynt HQ.
Since the business name and address boxes are grayed out, you will not be able to change this information.
