Error getting a new genymotion VM working

I have one Genymotion VM working but now I am trying to create a second Genymotion VM. I am following the instructions exactly. However, when I launch the SetupWizard, I get the error “Unfortunately Poynt Services has stopped”. This is preventing me from activating this new VM.

Not sure what is different. this is a new VM using Nexus 7, Android 4.4.4 API 19 800x1280. After creating the VM, I ran the setup script and nothing more.

Can anybody help.

Never mind. I re-ran the setup script and it started working.

I have same issue… how do I re-ran the setup script???
