Emulator issues: “Charge Timed out” - "Payment fragmets not visualized"

After the problem of the Emulator Activation, I’ve come across other token-related problems.

When I try to perform a payment with cash, the emulator works and the transaction appears in my business portal.
When I try to perform a payment with charge, immediately appear the timed out alert and the payment fragments are not visualized.
