Hello, in the “Help” terminal, there are some options how “Guides” and include “Elavon Lodging App” that include “Elavon Lodgin App Merchant Guide”, here there is “POYNT_LODGING_APP_MERCHANT_GUIDE-12.08.16.pdf” but in the moment when I done click I see the message “Unfortunately, Help has stopped”.
I need the pdf document, I reviewed and my WIFI connection is correct…
Where can I get the document?
