Edit application OAuth callback URL

Hi all!

I’m trying to change OAuth callback URL on an existing test application (Cloud permission -> change URL (HTTPS) -> Save), and I’m getting 403 Forbidden - You do not have sufficient permissions to access this resource.

I think I was recently able to change it. Did something changed?
