please get the device online and I can inject the keys remotely.

hi @dennis the device is now online. can you please inject the keys.
Also I would like to delete test merchants and test terminals and just keep one each for the time being.

Thanks @dennis the device is back to developer mode, however there is an error of “cannot create user”

Can you do the following:

  1. log in to poynt.net
  2. select the test merchant your device is activated with (top right corner)
  3. then go to https://poynt.net/terminalusers
  4. add a terminal user

After that reboot the device. If this still does not work, please get your device into fastboot mode and then execute “fastboot format userdata” to wipe the data partition.

Let me know if that does not work.

Hi Dennis,

I had made all the steps of the Developer guide, but I cant initialize the device. Im having “Cannot create user” too

Looks like your device was missing test encryption keys. I have initialized it. Let me know if you are still seeing any issues.

Dennis, I have too problems , the keys at the beginning of the setup was missing

and when I want to select FASTBOOT protocol it goes to the continue line and it does not open fastboot screen
