Our Poynt Device no longer syncs with our Dev PC. We can move the connector and it will connect sporadically. We’ve tried different cables, restarting Android IDE, rebooting Windows.Nothing provides a stable fix.
Can we get a quote on a replacement? Or is there a service provider in our area?

For the time being if you can temporarily establish adb connection by prodding the usb cable you can enable adb over wifi, see https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/adb.html. Unfortunately that only works until you reboot.
