Declined by card reader

We are getting “Declined by card reader” error on the Poynt Smart terminal after completing a transaction via the Integrating Payment Bridge API.

But if we process a transaction via “Terminal” on the Smart terminal it worked.

We checked the application permissions and they are set correctly.

So why are we getting this error only for Integrating Payment Bridge API?

I have same problem on 2nd Poynt terminal.
Do I need clean contact for chip and magnetic stripe ?
