"Cloud Apps" and "Create A Cloud Application" missing in Mission Control

Hi,

I’m having trouble following the documentation setting up a cloud app. The documentation I’m following is here:

Step 5 says:
5. Once a test merchant is created, go to “DEVELOPMENT” > “Cloud apps” and click on “CREATE A CLOUD APPLICATION”, to create an application to integrate with Poynt APIs.

I have a test merchant but I don’t see “Cloud apps”. Is there no longer a distinction between cloud and terminal apps?

I will have a terminal app communicating with a cloud app. Do I only need one app or should I have one app for each in Mission Control?
