The time and date settings will have been set when you initially receive your smart terminal from the reseller. If for any reason you need to change either of these, you can do so via the following:
Changing Time Zone:
Step 1: Swipe down from the top to bottom on the merchant-facing screen
Step 2: Tap on the time in the top left corner
Step 3: Uncheck the option that says “Automatic time zone”. This will detect your IP address and determine your location
Step 4: Then tap on where it says “Select Time Zone”
Step 5: Choose your desired time zone
Changing Time Format
Step 1: Swipe down from the top to bottom on the merchant-facing screen
Step 2: Tap on the time in the top left corner
Step 3: Click on Use 24-hour format
Changing Date Format
Step 1: Swipe down from the top to bottom on the merchant-facing screen
Step 2: Tap on the time in the top left corner
Step 3: Click on Choose date format and select one
