How can i change background of the main and secondary screen ?

Here is how to change the backgrounds on the Poynt Terminal

  • Log in to your account on Poynt.net. (There is not currently an option to change the background from the device itself)

  • Click on BUSINESS at the top of the screen;

  • Then click on EDIT STORE on the right hand side of the screen;

  • Then click on the UPLOAD button either for:

  • Merchant screen bg

  • Customer screen bg

  • Select a picture file from your computer.

  • Then click the SAVE STORE >> button to save your changes.

The change will take 5-10 minutes to update on the Poynt terminal.

Notes:
The 7.0" touchscreen (Merchant screen bg) is 800 (w) x 1280 (h) pixels
And the 4.3" Secure touchscreen display (Customer screen bg) is
800(w) x 480(h) pixels

Pictures outside of these dimensions will be cropped or offset and may not display as intended.
