We’re new to Poynt and are using Payment Bridge API. We’re seeing some super weird behavior on our 12+ production card readers (just started happening today):
- All card readers displayed the same message all at once: “card reader timeout”.
- A swipe on one card reader would display on all others at the same time
- Many of the card readers would stop connecting to wireless
Does anybody have similar experience? Any ideas?
