I am not able to see your device in our terminal management system which means it not able to check in. Is it possible for you to connect to it from your PC and capture logcat output? “adb logcat”

Danny, looks like we need to fix the build on your terminal. I will respond via email as I also need to attach an image file.
I have a similar issue–can’t activate actual device. I emailed my logcat to support@poynt.com.
I checked wifi connection from Diagnostics screen and it shows a yellow triangle with exclamation mark.
Please advise.
