Since we cannot change a Plan once it is created. Can we Cancel or Delete a Plans & pricing entry?

Hi Dennis,
We already tried adding a New Plan to replace the old one, but the new one doesn’t show up in the In-App-Billing Fragment.
We didn’t Hard-Code the Plan ID. We tried canceling the Subscription and Uninstalling the app, then re-installing and Subscribing.
This all done via Test Merchant account.
