Many of my products have a 2D Data Matrix, I have a number of questions regarding editing the Poynt system applications.
- Can the default register app be edited in any way?
- Can I edit the order items notes value to say contain the product expiry date for example - using the default register app?
- Would this require using a webhook to grab an order item during a transaction? Then how would one get the data read from the data matrix?
Sorry for the large amount of questions here, I’m just trying to investigate how I might use this rather than create a custom app.
