Aquirer not in list

hi there.
I am new to poynt. There is no bank in the already provided lists. How can I add a bank on the device?

HI Abdul,

The list only shows acquirers already integrated with Poynt. Once your acquirer is integrated we can update the list. If you are just activating a developer or emulator you can pick any acquirer in the list.

thanks @dennis. Currently i’m having problems in unlocking the device. the fastboot command does not show up the serial number of the device. I have followed all the steps as listed for “Troubleshooting fastboot”.

Do i need to communicate to you my device serial number?

Are you on Windows?
If you already updated adb_usb.ini and android_winusb.inf please try following instructions on http://www.teamandroid.com/2012/07/30/how-to-set-up-adb-fastboot-with-android-sdk/3/

Thank you @dennis. The device has been unlocked. the only error it gave was of “cannot inject keys”.
can you also clarify where is the insight app that is pre installed?

Hi Adbul,

There is no insights app as such. Analytics is provided on poynt.net and via our mobile app Poynt HQ.
