After updating Poynt smart terminal, it showed message "Terminal Authentication Failed"

As I followed the recommendation from system to update Poynt system, I found all the function of credit card payment failed.

And the top-down menu tips showed the message:
“Terminal Authentication Failed”
“Unable to obtain an access token from the server”.

Is any possible to fix it?
My machine series no is:P61SCD051GS001923

can you please keep your terminal online and send an email to support@poyn.com requesting to wipe your device. Onve that’s done you will be able to reactivate the device.
