We do have a draft API for 3rd parties to process payment using custom tenders like 3rd party digital wallets. You can check it out at https://github.com/poynt/PoyntSamples/tree/custom-tenders.
Bluetooth is currently disabled on production devices. We expect to have it enabled later in the year.
